GP Las Vegas 2023

GP Las Vegas 2023

This Saturday, November 18 the action returned to Formula 1 with one of the most anticipated circuits of the entire year, Las Vegas GP 2023. In the city of luxury in the United States, F1 returned to this venue after 40 years of absence and provided one of the best shows of the season in motorsports.

The city of Las Vegas, which is characterized by its nighttime activity in the casinos, also had the circuit ‘built’ through its streets and returned 41 years later, to host Formula 1 with a race full of overtaking that compensated for the problems with the sewer with which it started on Friday. Las Vegas promised a spectacle and it did not disappoint. Race full of incidents, overtaking, safety cars and multiple battles that in the end were won by Max Verstappen. Charles Leclerc, for whom the safety car was very bad, achieved a creditable second place ahead of Checo Pérez, who once led the race. Carlos Sainz and Fernando Alonso spun at the beginning, but both entered in points (6th and 9th).                                       Verstappen, Leclerc and Sergio Perez were driven in a limousine to a stage located near the Bellagio — “we go straight to the nightclub,” Verstappen told his fellow podium finishers — but they were instead treated to the casino’s famed fountain show.
